As a Tender Manager you will support the tendering team. You are responsible for compilation of bid documents for submission and to prepare the budgetary and firm services quotes.
As a Tender Manager you will be responsible for:
- Generating and submitting techno commercial offers with Value proposition defined in the proposal to meet business expectations
- Supporting Sales Team in providing solutions to meet needs of customer
- Building trusted customer relationships to understand their needs and frame tailored service solutions to bring additional value
- Developing trusted relationships with customers and cross-functional teams to promote collaboration
- Creating and reviewing technical and commercial solutions from customer specifications to ensure compliance and exceptions are met
- Performing frequent travel on domestic or international assignments on short notice given at times
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a minimum of a Bachelors degree
- Have experience 5-8 years sales commercial and operations experience within completions and wellbore Intervention
- Demonstrate effective communication interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams
- Have good business and financial acumen with ability to analyse complex data draw conclusions and offer recommendations
- Have ability to deal with ambiguity strategic agility manage diversity and effort for results
