Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our Multi-Country multi-million dollar F&A department.

The ideal candidate will be a strong result-oriented people manager with expertise in financial reporting & MIS Systems Compliance & Internal Controls and working capital & risk management.

Required Skills:

Lead Large scale Finance & Accounts (F&A) operations overseeing multi-Country teams Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Design implement & Review KPIs across their organization to drive performance & accountability Actively collaborate with business sales & Operations teams for financial governance Drive credit control receivables payables and internal compliance Manage working capital credit exposure ageing analysis & collections Ensure Taxation and statutory compliance across diverse Multi-Country operations Oversee financial reporting MIS variance analysis & dashboards Lead process improvements and internal control initiatives

Required Education:
CA / MBA (Finance)
