Experience: 4-6 Years Location: Coimbatore/ Tamilnadu

Role Summary

Drive business growth by generating leads and building partnerships with builders developers and real estate professionals in the modular kitchen and wardrobe segment.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and convert leads from construction and real estate sectors
Build relationships with builders developers and brokers
Conduct site visits assess client needs and present tailored solutions
Manage sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Track market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

4-6 years in B2B sales (construction/real estate/interior solutions preferred)

Strong network in construction/real estate industry

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Required Skills:

Looking for candidates with strong product knowledge excellent communication skills client engagement experience and B2B sales expertise. Youll need to have prior experience in client visits.

Required Education:
