Your Purpose to the Team:

Be the backbone of project execution ensuring smooth operations from start to finish
Manage multiple moving partsproject resources deadlines stakeholders & team coordination
Balance client demands with the teams capacity & deliverables
Maintain momentum & team morale under tight deadlines
Adapt & find solutions when challenges arise

What Youll Own & Drive:

Plan & execute projects ensuring they meet scope timelines & budgets
Develop & implement effective project communication plans for diverse clients
Ensure adherence to project management processes & team accountability
Work closely with design & leadership teams to streamline workflows
Provide clear & structured project updates to internal & external stakeholders
Manage design review processes approvals & feedback loops
Track weekly progress while maintaining high-quality execution
Translate business objectives into actionable plans
Balance stakeholder needs with project feasibility
Ensure issues are addressed before they escalate

Requirements

What Were Looking For:

2 years of proven project management experience
A Bachelors degree in a related field
Strong leadership skills with potential to grow into senior roles
Ability to hold team members accountable for performance & adherence to established processes
Structured data-driven approach to decision-making & problem-solving
Theoretical & practical project management knowledge
Passion for optimizing workflows & improving processes
Excellent communication skills for both internal teams & clients
Experience collaborating with diverse teams across different skill sets
Proficiency in Excel Word & PowerPoint for reporting & documentation
Ability to motivate teams & maintain high morale under pressure
