Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract high-quality candidates.
- Oversee employee onboarding training and development programs.
- Build and maintain meaningful employee relationships to ensure a positive workplace culture.
- Provide performance management guidance to line management (coaching counseling career development).
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and employment standards.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and monitor employee satisfaction.
- Maintain HR metrics to assess organizational health and inform necessary improvements.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues and concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in an HR role with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies labor regulations and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with human resources information systems (HRIS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
