We are seeking a driven and accomplished Senior Sales Executive to lead sponsorship and booth sales efforts for our high-impact events. This role is critical in securing strategic partnerships that enhance event visibility deliver value to sponsors and support the mission of our organization. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a proven track record in B2B sales relationship management and closing high-value sponsorships. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial success and strategic reach of our events through targeted outreach persuasive proposal development and effective negotiation.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate high-quality leads for booth sales and event sponsorships through targeted research networking and proactive outreach.
- Develop customized compelling proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition for potential sponsors and partners.
- Lead negotiations on terms pricing and deliverables to close deals and ensure mutual success.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial contact to contract finalization and post-deal follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with sponsors clients and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution of sponsor deliverables and booth setups.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets contributing to the growth and success of event initiatives.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 2-7 years of proven experience in B2B sales event management exhibition sales or sponsorship sales.
- Demonstrated expertise in lead generation proposal writing and negotiation in a sales-driven environment.
- Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) for creating professional proposals reports and presentations.
- Based in Delhi with flexibility to travel locally and regionally for events and client meetings.
- Self-motivated results-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the HR employment or government-related events sector is a plus.
