Presales Executive - Contract
We are seeking a proactive and professional Presales Executive to join our team in Bengaluru Karnataka on a contract basis. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-3 years of experience in presales particularly within the Real Estate/Property industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of customer requirements and business needs within the Real Estate/Property sector.
- Develop and deliver compelling presales presentations and demonstrations tailored to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with sales teams to define presales strategies and contribute to proposal development.
- Provide technical and functional expertise to support the sales cycle and address client queries.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics in Real Estate/Property to enhance presales efforts.
- Assist in qualifying leads and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate records of presales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a presales role.
- Maximum of 3 years of experience in a presales role.
- Demonstrated experience in the Real Estate / Property industry.
- Strong proficiency in Presales activities and methodologies.
- Any relevant qualification is acceptable.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Located in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru KA 560001 India.
