Role
- Manage a varied caseload of residential real estate matters
- Provide clear practical advice to a range of clients on all aspects of residential property transactions including sales purchases remortgaging equity transfers and lease extensions
- Conduct title checks prepare contracts and manage the exchange/completion processes
- 3 years PQE
- Strong knowledge of property transactionsand conveyancing processes
- A client-centered approach and excellent interpersonal skills
- A proactive attitude towards business development
- Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
