Job Summary
Our client in the FMCG industry is looking for a Production Engineer to join their operations team. This role suits someone who is technically strong detail oriented and experienced in fast paced manufacturing environments.

Main Responsibilities:
Oversee and improve production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
Monitor equipment performance and implement maintenance or optimisation plans.
Identify production bottlenecks and develop practical solutions.
Support troubleshooting on the production floor.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Work closely with the operations and quality teams.
Assist with new product or process implementation.
Produce reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good understanding of manufacturing systems and machinery.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production demands.
Effective communication and teamwork.
Practical hands-on approach.
Qualifications:
Engineering qualification or relevant technical diploma.
Experience in FMCG or similar manufacturing environment is required.
Additional technical certifications are an advantage.
