Virtual Assistant Job Description
The Virtual Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities. This role requires excellent communication skills strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote setting. The VA will handle client outreach cold calling scheduling documentation and general administrative duties. Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of administrative tasks including email management scheduling data entry and document organization.
Conduct client outreach through email messaging platforms and cold calling to support business development efforts.
Maintain professional communication with clients prospects and internal team members.
Prepare reports meeting summaries and organized documentation for easy reference.
Assist with CRM updates lead tracking and maintaining accurate client records.
Coordinate meetings manage calendars and support day-to-day operational tasks.
Handle basic research tasks to support decision-making and project planning.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
Assist in preparing presentations proposals and simple marketing materials.
Support various administrative projects as needed to improve workflow and team efficiency.

Strong verbal and written communication skills (customer-facing and client outreach experience preferred).
Experience as a Virtual Assistant is a strong plus.
Ability to handle cold calling and client communication with confidence and professionalism.
Proficient in using productivity tools (Google Workspace Microsoft Office CRM systems).
Highly organized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
