The position blends and nbsp;recruitment sourcing and ATS administration and nbsp;personal assistant and coordination support and nbsp;basic marketing and nbsp;assistance and and nbsp;general administrative tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring recruitment pipelines daily operations and ad hoc requests are handled efficiently and reliably. and nbsp;
Key Responsibilities and nbsp;
1. Recruitment Sourcing and amp; ATS Administration (Approximately 60%)
- Source candidates through job boards LinkedIn databases and other recruitment channels and nbsp;
- Generate and manage recruitment leads aligned with role requirements and nbsp;
- Screen resumes and organize candidate profiles and nbsp;
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ensuring accuracy and completeness of candidate data and nbsp;
- Coordinate with recruiters or hiring managers and nbsp;regarding and nbsp;candidate status and pipeline updates and nbsp;
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare basic reports as needed and nbsp;
2. Personal Assistant and amp; Coordination Support (Approximately 20%) and nbsp;
- Conduct research for personal and family-related needs (e.g. travel planning accommodation options itineraries) and nbsp;
- Coordinate and nbsp;logistics and nbsp;related to childrens schedules activities or arrangements and nbsp;
- Manage reminders follow-ups and basic scheduling tasks and nbsp;
- Handle confidential and time-sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion and nbsp;
and nbsp;
3. Marketing and amp; Content Support (Approximately 10%) and nbsp;
- Assist and nbsp;in generating marketing ideas for coaching and recruitment initiatives and nbsp;
- Draft schedule and organize content for LinkedIn and other relevant platforms and nbsp;
- Support basic content planning post tracking and engagement monitoring and nbsp;
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure and nbsp;timely and nbsp;and consistent content publication and nbsp;

4. Administrative and amp; Ad Hoc Support (Approximately 10%) and nbsp;
- Provide general administrative and nbsp;assistance and nbsp;as and nbsp;required and nbsp;
- Support documentation data entry and basic reporting tasks and nbsp;
- Assist and nbsp;with ad hoc requests and special projects and nbsp;
- Help improve workflows through organization tracking and follow-up and nbsp;
