We are looking for a strong and passionate Virtual Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our global team in a permanently remote work set-up as a full-time employee. The successful candidate will work directly for our US-based client. For this role we only process candidates that are based in Cebu Philippines.
About the Client:
- A professional accounting firm providing primarily tax and bookkeeping services
- Based in California USA
Key Responsibilities:
1. As a primary role performs the following Virtual Assistant tasks:
- Answer phone
- Help with client onboarding
- Follow-up with client leads
- Request missing information from clients
- Billing and AR (e.g. creating invoices sending invoices to clients follow up on outstanding AR etc.)
2. As a secondary role performs bookkeeping tasks (e.g. support the local US bookkeeper keeping the clients books etc.)
Qualifications:
- Meaningful experience (at least 2-3 years) as a Virtual Assistant (preferably with U.S. client)
- Must be very comfortable speaking with clients in English
- Proficient with QuickBooks or Xero accounting software
- Willing and able to work in California working hours (PST)
- Available full-time (at least 40 hours per week)
