Job Summary
To lead the financial operations analysis monitoring and strategic planning for the Family Office. This person will ensure accurate financial visibility strong investment decision support risk management wealth structuring and long-term capital preservation across all the family entities.
The Finance Manager will work across Legal Investments Tax Governance and Strategy and become the financial brain.

The Finance Manager will work across Legal Investments Tax Governance and Strategy and become the financial brain.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Financial Management & Control
- Build and maintain the complete financial architecture of the Family Office
- Create and manage the Master Cash Flow System (operational lifestyle tax philanthropy investments)
- Implement monthly/quarterly financial reporting
- Prepare consolidated family statements
- Manage budgeting across all entities
- Build liquidity and reserve models
- Ensure proper record-keeping documentation and reconciliation
- Oversee all payments cash movement tracking and internal financial controls
- Implement financial best practices for multi-entity multi-jurisdiction operations
B. Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting
- Build and maintain a comprehensive portfolio monitoring dashboard (monthly/quarterly)
- Track financial performance of startups real estate credit portfolios liquid assets
- Implement a formal portfolio governance system
- Track founder reporting financial statements covenants milestones
- Escalate red flags and offer corrective strategy
- Liaise directly with founders investment managers and partners
- Prepare consolidated quarterly portfolio performance packs for the principal
C. Structuring Tax & Compliance Coordination
- Coordinate with lawyers tax advisors and entity managers
- Support international structuring (US UK Germany Kenya Nigeria)
- Map and maintain all entities (HoldCos OpCos SPVs trusts)
- Ensure accuracy of cap tables share certificates and legal filings
- Track compliance deadlines (tax regulatory filings CAC IRS Companies House)
D. Wealth Preservation & Long-Term Planning
- Build multi-year financial projections for the Family Office
- Support succession planning and next-gen financial education
- Advise on insurance risk mitigation long-term capital planning
- Model intergenerational wealth scenarios
- Create systems that protect assets and minimize exposure
E. Strategy & Decision Support
- Work directly with the principal to shape financial direction
- Support new business initiatives (Project Venice new BAFO service lines)
- Provide scenario analysis for major decisions
- Identify areas where financial discipline or visibility is missing
- Recommend improvements that increase clarity scalability and institutional strength
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE SKILLS
Experience
- Minimum 5years in any of the following; VC/PE Big 4 financial advisory Family office finance Asset management Corporate finance strategy
- Experience managing multi-entity or international structuring
- Strong financial modeling & portfolio governance background
- Experience working closely with founders / investment teams
- Financial modeling (advanced)
- Cash flow modeling
- Investment analysis (across asset classes)
