Job Summary
Our Client
Our client a construction company seeks to employ a Senior Construction Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects from mobilization through completion.
- Supervise site operations construction methods and project schedules.
- Monitor budgets costs and subcontractor performance.
- Lead site teams including engineers supervisors and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with HSE quality assurance and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Resolve on-site issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare progress reports and project documentation.
Requirements
- 7 years experience in the construction industry with at least 35 years in a senior or site leadership role.
- Proven experience managing construction projects from mobilization through completion.
- Strong understanding of site operations construction methods and project schedules.
- Experience overseeing budgets cost control and subcontractor performance.
- Ability to manage site teams including engineers supervisors and contractors.
- Solid knowledge of HSE standards quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
- Experience coordinating with consultants suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Relevant qualification in Engineering Building Technology or Construction Management.
- Professional certification will be an added advantage.
