Service Delivery Manager
LOCATION: TORONTO
Job Description: Service Delivery Manager -Canada GTA only-15 yrs experience-5 yrs as service delivery manager -5 yrs commercial payments domain experience -5 yrs client site experience
-Strong program management and delivery experience across service lines development prod support and QA-Strong understanding of Java NodeJS Datawarehouse Microservices AWS Cloud systems
-Strong experience in preparing and presenting service delivery dashboards to executive leaders -Strong stakeholder management communication decision making and team management skills -Strong experience in Agile and Waterfall SDLC -Good understanding of AI solutions and productivity acceleration solutions -ITIL certification (nice to have)
