Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program delivery for SAP S4HANA migration ensuring alignment across business IT and vendor teams
Own and manage scope timeline budget risks and stakeholder communication including executive and SteerCo updates
Develop and execute phased cutover strategies (brownfield greenfield or hybrid) readiness plans and hypercare support
Coordinate with SAP BASIS functional teams data migration integration security and QA teams for seamless execution
Establish governance frameworks maintain RAID logs manage change control track KPIs and deliver accurate status reporting
Ensure compliance with BFSI regulatory requirements and internal audit controls throughout the project lifecycle
Manage vendor relationships contracts and Statements of Work (SAP and SI partners) and escalate issues to resolution
Champion business adoption through training Organizational Change Management (OCM) plans and post-go-live stabilization
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business IT or related field
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
8 years of project management experience including large-scale SAP programs and S4HANA migrations
Proven ability to manage multi-phase cutover strategies and complex stakeholder environments
Strong understanding of SAP architecture BASIS data migration integration and security concepts
Experience in BFSI or regulated industries with knowledge of compliance and audit requirements
Excellent communication leadership and vendor management skills
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project Jira Confluence) and governance frameworks
Nice-to-Have
SAP S4HANA certification or hands-on migration experience
Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
Experience managing Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives
