Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Define and manage overall test strategy for SAP migration to Azure ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
Coordinate SIT UAT regression and performance testing across multiple SAP modules and integrated systems
Ensure compliance with BFSI regulatory security and audit requirements in all test plans and execution
Manage test environments and data provisioning including defect triage and resolution tracking
Oversee automation frameworks (e.g. Tricentis CBTA) for SAP workloads to improve efficiency and coverage
Collaborate with BASIS security and integration teams for end-to-end validation of migration activities
Track and report KPIs such as defect density pass rates and test coverage to stakeholders
Sign off on cutover readiness and conduct post-migration validation to ensure system stability and compliance
Qualifications & Skills
Experience
8 years in QA leadership roles with at least 3 years in SAP testing and cloud migration projects
Technical Expertise
Strong knowledge of SAP modules Azure cloud platform and automation tools (Tricentis CBTA)
Domain Knowledge
BFSI regulatory compliance and audit standards
Soft Skills
Excellent stakeholder management communication and problem-solving abilities
Certifications (Preferred)
SAP Testing ISTQB or Cloud-related certifications
