Responsibilities:
- ImplementthecompanysAIstrategysettingthefoundationforAIinitiativesacrosstheorganization.
- LeadthedesigndevelopmentandrolloutofLargeLanguageModels(LLMs)andRetrieval-AugmentedGeneration(RAG)basedsolutions.
- Participateintodesignandmanagementofdatapipelinesforefficientdatacollectionpreprocessingandmodeltraining.
- DevelopanddeployAImodelsandsolutionsintothecompanyscloudinfrastructureensuringscalabilitysecurityandperformance.
- Ensuretheintegrityqualityandavailabilityofdatafortrainingandinference.
- Workcloselywithcross-functionalteamstointegrateAIcapabilitiesintoproductsandservices.
- IdentifyandprioritizeareaswhereAIandmachinelearningmodelscanaddvaluetobusinessprocessesproductsandoperations.
- EducateandguidestakeholdersonthepotentialapplicationsofAIfosteringacultureofinnovation.
Requirements:
- Minimumof5yearsinaSoftwareDevelopmentroleincluding2yearsinAI/MLengineeringorarelatedfieldwithatrackrecordofdeliveringAIsolutions.
- ProvenexperiencewithdeployingLLMsandRAGsolutionsinproductionenvironments.
- BackgroundinbuildingandmanagingdatapipelinesforAI/MLsystems.
- StrongprogrammingskillsinPythonwithexperienceinframeworkslikeTensorFlowPyTorchorsimilar.
- Experiencewithcloudplatforms()andintegratingAIsolutionsintocloud-basedsystems.
- Proficiencyindatabasemanagementdatawranglinganddistributedsystems.
- Solidfoundationinalgorithmdesignstatisticsanddatascience.
- Previousexperiencepromotingandadvocatingfortechnologyadoptioninacorporatesetting.
Preferred Skills:
- FamiliaritywithMLOpspracticesandtoolsformanagingAI/MLworkflows.
- Strongcommunicationskillswiththeabilitytoeducateandinfluencestakeholdersatalllevelsoftheorganization.
