Your Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple workstreams within supply chain transformation operational improvement or digital operations projects across national and international clients.
Conduct diagnostic assessments of supply chain performance identifying opportunities for efficiency cost reduction and process optimization.
Design future state operating models for areas such as planning procurement logistics manufacturing and distribution.
Support the implementation of digital and technology enabled solutions.
Manage workflows priorities and expectations with clients ensuring clear communication and high quality delivery.
Develop business cases process mapping performance models and data driven insights to support decision making.
Ensure high quality deliverables and efficient execution by leveraging methodologies best practices and technology.
Foster team productivity and collaboration through effective communication and coaching.

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have

Academic background in Engineering Management Economics or related fields from a recognized university.
At least 4 years of professional experience in supply chain operations management or consulting roles.
Previous experience in a consulting environment (Big4 or similar) is highly valued.
Strong command of analytical tools and methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma process mapping performance modelling).
Experience with supply chain technology platforms is a plus.
Team management experience and ability to coordinate junior consultants.
Ability to work in multicultural teams and global environments.
Full English proficiency.
