Hiire is helping Gapstars hire a Senior Tech Recruiter for a hybrid role in Lisbon.

Our Portugal hub is growing fast and we are looking for someone to help us scale it the right way.
The Role
You will own the full recruiting cycle for our Portugal hub. From shaping our employer brand to closing senior tech talent. We are growing our operations to 100 in the next 3 years and you will be the driving force behind that. This is a role of ownership real impact and real autonomy. What You will Do
Own the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing screening interviewing offering closing
Build and manage pipelines for all roles across Tech and Finance
Develop creative sourcing strategies tailored to the Portuguese market
Partner directly with hiring managers and client stakeholders to define hiring needs
Champion our employer brand locally: events partnerships LinkedIn you name it Help define and refine our recruiting playbook as we scale
Contribute to a culture where great people want to work and stay
Thrive in a fast-moving scale-up environment where no two days look the same and where everyone chips in beyond their core role when needed
What You Bring
5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech
Deep knowledge of the Portuguese talent market. You know where to find great people
A track record of filling hard-to-fill roles not just easy ones
Strong ability to build relationships with candidates hiring managers and partners
An ownership mentality: you dont wait to be told what to do you make it happen
Energy that makes a 20-person office punch above its weight.
Fluency in English Portuguese is a pré
Experience with modern ATS tools and data-driven recruiting (bonus: experience with Bullhorn)
Bonus: experience recruiting in a nearshore scale-up or multi-client environment
