Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional with strong experience in hiring for Solar EPC Infrastructure or Transmission industries. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment partner with hiring managers and ensure timely onboarding of skilled technical and engineering talent for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing screening shortlisting and coordinating interviews for technical engineering and project-related roles.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for Solar EPC Infrastructure and Transmission project requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs job specifications and project timelines.
- Utilize job portals professional networks referrals and social platforms for effective talent sourcing.
- Conduct preliminary assessments to evaluate candidate fit experience and alignment with project needs.
- Manage offer negotiation documentation and coordinate smooth onboarding processes.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards MIS and ensure timely reporting.
- Support employer branding initiatives and represent the organization professionally in the talent market.
