- Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and process improvement opportunities
- Collect document and validate business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for technical teams
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Support user training and change management initiatives
- Conduct testing and validation to ensure proposed solutions align with business goals
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology Finance or a related discipline
- 0 3 years of experience in business analysis data analysis or similar roles
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel Power BI SQL JIRA Confluence or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation abilities
