Responsibilities:
- Develop manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive lead generation and client acquisition
- Create and manage Facebook advertising campaigns to expand reach across social platforms
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility
- Monitor campaign performance analyze metrics and provide regular reporting on ROI and KPIs
- Create ad content and copy for various digital advertising platforms
- Perform light social media management and content creation as needed
- Collaborate with the team to align marketing efforts with business objectives
Scope:
- Primary focus (80%) on Google Ads and PPC campaign management
- Secondary focus (20%) on SEO optimization and strategy
- Light social media management and content creation as additional tasks
- Direct reporting to business owner with full autonomy over marketing strategy executio
- Budget management and optimization for paid advertising campaigns
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with demonstrated results
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and social media advertising best practices
- Basic to intermediate SEO knowledge and experience with SEO tools
- Experience with digital marketing analytics and reporting tools
- Strong written communication skills for ad copy and content creation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience in B2B marketing or professional services preferred
