Compensation range: AUD2500-3000/month

About the role
We are looking for a CRM and Email Marketing Specialist to grow our B2B marketing engine by converting prospects into qualified leads and supporting the sales team. As part of a marketing rebuild you will own the creation management and optimisation of lead nurture programs including email campaigns CRM workflows and lead progression strategies with potential to expand into SMS and other channels.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and you will take full ownership of email nurture CRM workflows and lead progression.
Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end email marketing and lead nurture strategies from segmentation to campaign execution and optimisation.
Develop and manage email nurture journeys targeting mid-market B2B customers.
Build and maintain CRM processes in NetSuite (mandatory) and HubSpot (or alternative platforms) ensuring smooth lead progression from unqualified leads to MQLs and sales qualified leads (SQLs).
Segment lists based on ICP industry business size product usage and behaviour.
Collaborate with content creators and sales teams to produce and distribute white papers webinars and other lead magnets as part of nurture journeys.
Monitor analyse and optimise campaign performance to ensure high-quality lead generation and conversion.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are actionable and deliver measurable sales outcomes.
Document processes and SOPs for email campaigns CRM operations and lead management.
Potentially mentor and coordinate with other marketing team members as the marketing function scales.
Key KPIs:
Volume and quality of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
Conversion of leads to opportunities and new client acquisitions.
Engagement and effectiveness of nurture journeys.
Campaign execution and optimisation accuracy.
Contribution to commercial growth via lead generation that supports sales outcomes.
Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience in email marketing CRM management and marketing automation. Preferably in a B2B mid-market or enterprise SaaS/ERP companies.
Proficiency with NetSuite (required) and HubSpot or similar platforms.
Proficiency with ZoomInfo MailChimp or similar for list building and segmentation.
Strong skills in MS Excel / Google Sheets for manual operations.
Skilled in segmentation lead scoring and CRM workflows.
Excellent analytical skills with experience measuring and optimising campaigns for lead quality and conversion.
Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and other stakeholders.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing initiatives.
Strong written communication skills; able to create or guide content for emails white papers and webinars.
Experience in ERP or complex software marketing highly desirable but not essential; willingness to learn required.
Hands-on doer mentality; capable of building systems automations and processes from scratch.
