Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow bulk edible oil sales within the assigned area.
- Manage and grow key accounts ensuring strong business relationships and consistent order generation.
- Conduct regular market visits to maintain market intelligence and identify opportunities for volume expansion.
Revenue & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales volume and revenue targets.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and take corrective actions where needed.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Provide product knowledge technical support and after-sales service to key accounts.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and service excellence.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Collect and analyze competitor activities pricing trends and customer preferences.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports market insights and performance dashboards to management.
- Recommend improvements in pricing product mix and promotional strategies.
Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with supply chain logistics and production teams to ensure timely stock availability and delivery.
Ensure proper management of distributors including stock levels order cycles and route-to-market performance
- MBA Marketing Business Administration or related field from a recognized Institution.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in sales preferably in FMCG or edible oil bulk sales.
- Strong negotiation communicationAnalytical thinkingand relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in a field sales environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint) and digital tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the sales field.
- Proficient in Local language
