Your Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy and nbsp;
- You will take total ownership of monthly and quarterly revenue targets building a go-to-market plan that translates high-level goals into daily team execution.
- You will personally lead and close the big fish complex high-value deals with corporates HNIs and financial institutions that move the needle.
- You will maintain a gold-standard pipeline providing leadership with transparent accurate and data-backed forecasts.
Architect of the Sales Engine
- You will lead the hiring onboarding and coaching of the sales team establishing a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- You will build the scalable Sales Playbookdefining objection handling win/loss standards and deal review cadences that allow the team to grow.
- You will design territory and portfolio structures that maximize reach and ensure no opportunity is left on the table.
Partnerships and amp; Cross-Functional Alignment
- You will be the bridge between the market and our internal teams partnering with Treasury and Operations to ensure our commercial promises are always deliverable.
- You will represent our client at key industry events and conferences building the brands credibility and unlocking strategic deal flow.
- You will provide a critical feedback loop to Product teams ensuring our offerings evolve ahead of market trends and customer needs.
What Success looks like
- The First 90 Days: Closing early strategic opportunities and establishing a consistent rhythm of business (weekly reviews clear KPIs and active objection tracking).
- The 180-Day Mark: Achieving higher close rates and larger average deal sizes through a repeatable process that your team executes with precision.
- Choreographed Growth: Seeing a pipeline where the handoff between Sales Treasury and Compliance is so seamless it feels like a single movement.

To be considered for this role you should have
- 710 years in enterprise sales or relationship management specifically closing high-value deals in Fintech FX or Banking.
- Proven experience building and coaching high-performing sales teams and designing sales operating rhythms.
- An established active network within the Nigerian financial and B2B landscape.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions independently.
- Experience designing compensation plans and GTM strategies that align with fast-paced entrepreneurial environments.
