The Company is seeking to hire result-oriented Sales Executives who will be responsible for driving direct loan sales meeting monthly disbursement targets and contributing to revenue growth without compromising portfolio quality. The role requires a balance of strong sales execution and strict credit discipline ensuring sustainable loan performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Source onboard and manage loan customers directly
Drive loan applications from prospecting to disbursement
Conduct client meetings and business visits
Work closely with credit verification and recovery teams
Submit regular sales activity and pipeline reports
Maintain accurate records of prospects and customers
Requirements
3 years of experience in loan sales or financial services
Strong relationship-building and prospecting skills
Disciplined approach to sales not volume-driven desperation
Comfortable being held accountable for loan performance
Performance Targets:
Monthly disbursement target: N.00
Target must be consistently met by the 3rd month of employment
Portfolio at Risk (PAR): Must remain below 5%
