The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients meeting their needs expanding business volumes providing consultations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
What will your role be:
- Build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with existing business clients.
- Take full responsibility for managing the assigned client portfolio and ensure the highest quality of customer service.
- Oversee the contract renewal process leading negotiations with company executives and trade credit insurance brokers.
- Provide expert consultations to clients on trade credit insurance and risk management matters.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by ensuring comprehensive fulfillment of client needs.
Qualifications :
- Motivated and customer-oriented mindset.
- Focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.
- Previous experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Experience working in banks insurance or credit collection is desirable.
- Knowledge of Credit Insurance is a big advantage.
- Professional Lithuanian and English level (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Previous experience in a multicultural or international matrix organization is desirable.
