Job Summary

The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients meeting their needs expanding business volumes providing consultations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

 

What will your role be:

  • Build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with existing business clients.
  • Take full responsibility for managing the assigned client portfolio and ensure the highest quality of customer service.
  • Oversee the contract renewal process leading negotiations with company executives and trade credit insurance brokers.
  • Provide expert consultations to clients on trade credit insurance and risk management matters.
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by ensuring comprehensive fulfillment of client needs.

Qualifications :

  • Motivated and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.
  • Previous experience in sales and/or customer service.
  • Experience working in banks insurance or credit collection is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Credit Insurance is a big advantage.
  • Professional Lithuanian and English level (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Previous experience in a multicultural or international matrix organization is desirable.
