Our team comprises over 400 creative individuals who work from 42 different countries and 2 offices located in Vilnius Lithuania.
Bored Panda Ventures is an internal venture factory building new AI SaaS and content-driven products from scratch. Were looking for a Product Category Manager / Venture Builder to own and launch new products end-to-end from discovering real problems to validating building MVPs and getting first paying customers. This is not a role focused on maintaining existing products or writing endless roadmaps. This is for someone who wants to build launch and own products.
What You Will Do:
Own a product category / vertical from idea to launch and beyond;
Research markets customer needs competitors and emerging trends (AI creator economy monetization);
Run product discovery & validation including customer interviews problem validation and hypothesis testing;
Build and launch MVPs and validation products often using AI tools & no-code / low-code solutions;
Analyze data run experiments and make data-driven decisions;
Take full ownership of P&L for newly launched products;
Work closely with design engineering and marketing teams;
Continuously iterate based on real user feedback and performance metrics.
What We Expect:
Experience building B2B or B2C digital products from ideation to market;
Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ownership mentality;
Hands-on experience with product discovery methodologies;
Solid understanding of product UX fundamentals
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills;
Technical understanding of web products and modern SaaS architectures;
Strong interest in AI and willingness to use AI tools hands-on in daily work;
Youre comfortable launching imperfect products fast;
You prefer doing and testing over over-planning;
Youre motivated by ownership impact and learning;
Nice to have: hands-on experience with AI no-code or low-code tools &/or background in software development or web technologies.

Compensation: starting from 6000 gross (exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience).
