Job Summary

  • Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets including restaurants bars lounges room service and banquet facilities.

  • Ensure exceptional service standards are consistently delivered to enhance guest satisfaction and brand reputation.

  • Supervise train and motivate F&B team ensuring compliance with service protocols grooming standards and hotel policies.

  • Support menu planning costing and inventory management in coordination with the Culinary Team and Purchasing Department.

  • Monitor financial performance including revenue labor costs and cost-control initiatives; contribute to achieving departmental budget targets.

  • Assist in creating employee schedules staffing plans and operational workflows based on business needs.

  • Maintain effective communication between teams to ensure seamless coordination for events promotions and daily operations.

  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly professionally and in accordance with hotel policies.

  • Ensure compliance with all health safety and hygiene regulations including food safety standards.

  • Participate in departmental meetings service briefings and performance reviews to support continuous improvement.

  • Assist in implementing new initiatives service concepts and F&B promotions to drive revenue and guest engagement.

  • Conduct regular inspections of outlets to ensure cleanliness maintenance and operational readiness.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.

  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations with at least 13 years in a supervisory role.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.

  • Excellent command of English (additional languages are an asset).

  • Solid understanding of F&B service techniques cost control and hotel operating procedures.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and guest-focused mindset.

  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.

  • Proficiency in POS systems scheduling tools and Microsoft Office.
