The Opportunity

The CSC Business Consultantis responsible forleading customers through business transformation as they adopt Adobes Content Supply Chain solutions. They actas the strategic partner to the customerdefining organizational taxonomy and metadata configuring metadataflows translatingbusiness goals intotechnicalworkflowsandhelping todefinetheoperating modelsto align with technical execution.This role will also partner withvarious business functionsto ensureorganizational readinessfor platform adoption.The Business Consultant focuses on the people and process side of transformationbusinessrequirements governance change management enablementnot on writing code or configuring systems.As a result of the Sr. Business Consultants work the customer willbenefitfrom a clearly defined future-state operating model with workflows that are well documented adopted and linked to measurable business outcomes. Throughout the engagementthe Sr. Business Consultant will ensurestakeholders are guided confidently through each phase while risks and roadblocks are proactivelyidentifiedand communicated.

Customer Strategy & Process Design

  • Lead discovery workshops to understand current-state content creation planning production and delivery processes

Bring industry knowledge andCSCexperienceto provide a prescriptive approach to achieve customer goalsbyleveragingAdobes solutions

  • Partner in definingfuturestate workflows thatoptimizevalue acrossthe Adobe stack of technologies (WorkfrontAssets andall otherconnected CSC technologies)

  • Translate customer goals into actionable business requirements and acceptance criteria

  • Partner with the Technical Consultant to ensure business requirements are implemented accurately

Change Management & Governance

  • Supportchange readiness including stakeholder mapping communication planning and adoption strategy

  • Provide input togovernancemodels intake processes roles & responsibilities and approval paths

  • Build and deliver customer enablement materials (playbooks SOPs process documentation)

Content Strategy

  • Define and configures metadata flows across the content supply chain

  • Define organizational Metadata & Taxonomyin accordance withAdobes relevant vertical best-in-class taxonomy

  • Focus on Asset Management Use Cases with AEM and the related interactions with Workfront

  • Promote successful Asset Lifecycle & System Governance

Program Execution

  • Manageand inform theprojectdelivery roadmapscope risks and decisions in partnership with Project Managementand Engagement Leads

  • Facilitate executive readoutsshowcasingprogress value and adoption

  • Work with customer to capture benchmark data and define KPI to be used to measure program success

  • Track measurable business outcomes and ensure customer value realization

  • Definecapabilities and value/adoption backlog aligned to avalue and adoption roadmap

What You Will Need

  • 7 years inbusinessconsulting business analysis or marketing operations roles.

  • Deep knowledge of modern marketing technology product stackwith concentration in relevant Adobe products (Adobe Experience Manager Workfront and Fusion)

  • Deep understanding of marketing workflows and/or content production lifecycles

  • Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured workflows

  • Exceptional facilitation presentation and executive communication skills

  • Comfortable navigating change resistance and stakeholder alignment

  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $$245300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
