Job Overview:
- As part of the Operational Excellence team the Business Analyst will support large-scale transformation programs by driving change readiness adoption and business outcomes.
- The role works closely with senior stakeholders project teams and end users to capture requirements define impacts support communications/training needs and track adoption and benefits realization.
Key Responsibilities:
- BA Change Management Focus.
- Gather and document business requirements process impacts and change scope for transformation initiatives Support change planning by identifying stakeholders user groups and adoption risks. Create and maintain business-ready documentation (process flows user stories impact assessments SOPs).
- Assist in communication planning (audience mapping key messages rollout updates) Support training and readiness activities (training needs analysis enablement support FAQs).
- Track change/adoption metrics and help report progress risks and outcomes.
- Identify resistance points and support mitigation through feedback loops and action plans Coordinate across project teams to manage dependencies issues and timeline alignment.
- Support project delivery governance with status reporting.
Qualifications :
Must have skills:
7 years of experience
Change management
Good to have:
Change management certification
