As the Go-To-Market Recruiter at Doss you will be responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring top commercial talent that will define the future of our business. Youll partner closely with our GTM leadership to build high-performing teams across the entire revenue lifecycle.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments loves building from scratch and has a proven track record of recruiting for early-stage GTM teams.
Manage end-to-end hiring for Sales Sales Development Solutions Engineering Customer Success Partnerships and Support roles.
Build strong top-of-funnel pipelines across AE SDR AM/CSM Onboarding Partnerships and RevOps talent.
Establish scalable recruiting processes interview loops scorecards and candidate evaluation frameworks for a rapidly growing startup.
Manage ATS hygiene reporting and funnel analytics to ensure operational excellence.
Work directly with GTM and executive leaders to create hiring plans calibrate profiles and align on competencies.
Serve as a strategic advisor on talent market intelligence compensation benchmarking and organizational design.
Create a high-touch founder-level candidate experience reflective of Dosss values: clarity precision speed and empathy.
Communicate proactively and transparently with candidates throughout the entire process.
Build proactive sourcing strategies leveraging outbound sourcing referrals events communities and creative channels.
Evangelize the Doss story and value proposition to high-caliber GTM operators.
37 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with at least 2 years hiring for Go-to-Market roles in SaaS or B2B software.
Track record hiring Account Executives SDRs CSMs Solutions Engineers and other commercial roles at early- or growth-stage startups.
Experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing hiring decisions with data and insight.
Strong sourcing capabilities; you know how to find passive talent in competitive markets.
High EQ strong communication and experience managing sensitive hiring conversations.
Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous fast-moving environments.
Process-minded with strong analytical rigor; experience using ATS tools and recruitment analytics.
Passion for building teams creating structure and helping a company scale the right way.

Salary for this role is expected to be $140000-$190000 annually depending on your experience skills and team alignment. Final offer will reflect how you map to our current needs.
