Job Summary

Construction Manager (E&M)

Overview: Lead E&M installation for treatment plants focusing on pumps/SCADA in sewage contexts.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee supply/install: electrical/mech systems commissioning.
NEC issue resolution; energy-efficient integration.
Coordinate with civil/process; safety audits/handover.

Minimum Requirements:

MHKIE (Elec/Mech or equiv.).
7 years post-qual in E&M contracts.
5 years as main contractor CM/Site Agent/PM in sewage E&M.
1 year NEC or training.

Desirable (Full-Score Bonus):

11 years post-qual in main contractor E&M for municipal facilities.

Reporting & Location: Reports to Project Manager; site-focused (NT).
