Applicants should possess a good bachelors degree with at least 5 years of work experience in programme administration and management. Solid experience in handling student recruitment and alumni affairs is highly preferred for the position. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese); be a good team player with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and able to work on own initiative. Commitment to quality and results excellent time management and problem-solving skills professional work attitude and a high level of computer literacy are essential qualities.
The appointee will provide support to the administration and development of the Facultys DBA programme including marketing and admissions alumni development interacting with prospective candidates students alumni and other stakeholders; and perform any other duties as assigned. He/She may be required to work outside normal office hours during weekends and travel to the Mainland China occasionally. He/She will work at the Facultys Cyberport Campus.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
