About the Role
At the Madrid Marriott Hotel Princesa Plaza we are entering an exciting stage of transformation and repositioning. As our Revenue Manager you will play a key role in defining the strategies that elevate our performance strengthen our competitive edge and unlock the full potential of our property.
You will lead with insight creativity and precision translating data into meaningful action guiding pricing and distribution decisions and partnering with key leaders to drive the hotels long-term commercial success.

What Youll Do
Champion revenue optimization by driving ADR RevPAR and total hotel profitability.
Shape dynamic pricing strategies across all market segments to ensure competitiveness and sustainable growth.
Analyze market trends demand patterns and competitor activity to anticipate opportunities and guide strategic decision-making.
Create accurate weekly monthly and annual forecasts that empower leadership to plan with confidence.
Produce performance insights across all channels identifying areas for improvement and future growth.
Validate and refine RMS forecasts while monitoring BI data to elevate accuracy and visibility.
Collaborate closely with the Director of Revenue Management General Manager Sales & Marketing and other key stakeholders to align strategies and accelerate commercial impact.
Support annual budgeting processes and contribute to long-term revenue strategies across segments markets and channels.
Lead and prepare regular commercial and revenue strategy meetings bringing clarity insight and recommendations.
Design creative promotional packages aligned with seasonality and business needs partnering with sales teams to drive demand.
Monitor channel performance market shifts and competitor actions ensuring agile responses to maximize opportunities.
Serve as the point of reference for optimizing PMS CRS and RMS functionalities across the hotel.
Guarantee the integrity of segmentation data rejection tracking and overall database accuracy.
Evaluate group quotations ensuring alignment with strategy and performing displacement analyses when required.
Maintain updated event calendars seasonality indexes and demand generator insights.

What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Business Marketing Tourism Finance or a related field.
35 years of experience in Revenue Management Yield Management or inventory and distribution strategy preferably in the hotel industry.
Prior experience with Marriott processes and certifications in Marriott revenue systems is highly valued.
Strong command of PMS CRS channel managers extranets and revenue platforms.
Advanced expertise with Opera PMS MARSHA MiNT and HPP is essential.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel BI tools and SAP.
Familiarity with non-rooms revenue management including Banquets and F&B.
Fluency in English and Spanish both written and spoken.
