Job Summary
- Plan and manage CPQ implementation upgrades and optimization projects ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
- Define project objectives deliverables and timelines while coordinating efforts across business IT and engineering stakeholders.
- Communicate project updates as well as milestones and lead mitigation and resolution of risks issues and dependencies.
- Allocate resources track budgets and ensure adherence to project goals and financial constraints.
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) validation and go-live processes to ensure successful deployment.
- Document lessons learned and implement process improvements for future projects.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in business computer science engineering or a related field; a masters degree or MBA is a plus
- 5 years of project management experience and a track record of successfully managing largescale projects involving business IT and engineering collaboration (preferably in CPQ CRM or sales system implementation).
- Experience in project management is required. Familiarity with tools such as Jira Trello or MS Project as well as methodologies like Agile Scrum or Waterfall is considered a plus.
- Deep knowledge of CPQ and CRM tools is required. Experience with Tacton and MS Dynamics is a strong advantage as well as experience with system integration data governance and UAT practices.
- Proven experience leading crossfunctional teams and advanced communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with business IT and engineering teams.
- Adaptable and resilient with strong organizational and timemanagement skills to manage competing priorities and multiple complex projects.
- Excellent English skills both written and spoken. Additional German skills are a huge advantage.
Additional Information :
This position can be based either in Terrassa (Spain) or at any other Syntegon location in Europe.
