Job Summary
We are now looking for an experienced Manager Organisational Development (OD) to drive our OD strategy across Europe and help shape the future capabilities culture and leadership of a rapidly growing multinational organisation.
As the Manager OD for PSS Europe you will play a key role in strengthening leadership capability fostering a highperformance culture and supporting the development of more than 800 employees across 14 European countries.
Reporting to the Director of Recruitment & Talent Management you will design and implement strategic OD initiatives that elevate our people strengthen engagement and fuel business growth.
Qualifications :
We are looking for someone who combines strategic vision with handson execution:
- 6 years experience in OD leadership development or talent management (international and sciencebased environments strongly preferred).
- Proven success leading OD initiatives across multiple countries or business units.
- Strong facilitation coaching and stakeholdermanagement skills.
- Experience with assessment tools (DiSC StrengthsFinder etc.).
- Excellent project management analytical thinking and cultural awareness.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to influence leaders.
- Knowledge of employment law and OD best practices.
- Proficiency with MS Office and modern learning platforms.
