Job Summary
- At least 3 years of experience driving sales initiatives aligned with market realities and group targets.
- Identify quantify and act on sales trends and performance gaps using rigorous market and data analysis
- Own sales forecasting and reporting end-to-end: targets dealers tools and clear accountability for results
- Deliver concise decision-ready insights to stakeholders; escalate blockers and push corrective actions fast.
- Work cross-functionally (Sales Finance BI Marketing)
Qualifications :
- First working experience in Management Consulting Sales Strategy & Operations or in a dynamic fast-paced international scale-up environment
- SQL knowledge experience using GSheets and other tools to manipulate and analyze large complex data sets CRM experience is a plus
- Excellent organization skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English other EU languages are a plus
