Job Summary
- Be the driving force behind the growth and optimization of our European Autohero and WKDA logistics network
- Lead and implement key logistics initiatives from our European headquarters working closely with local market teams
- Optimize both car transport and storage processes to boost performance metrics such as capacity lead times and cost-efficiency
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate operational needs into innovative tech solutions
- Report directly to the Director of Consumer Logistics Europe
Qualifications :
- At least two years of experience in a similar role
- Proven track record in successfully managing cross-functional projects in an international context
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems with data-driven insights
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsyou know how to get buy-in and drive projects forward
- Experience in consulting or within a fast-paced startup environment
- Proficiency in English at the C1 level
