Were looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Operations Executive to provide an excellent customer experience through full ownership of all sales administrative tasks. Youll ensure the accurate and timely processing of sales orders while directly interacting with Customers Account Managers and internal departments to keep everything running smoothly.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Own all customer-related administration including portals and back-order management.
  • Ensure orders amendments and reports are actioned within agreed SLAs delivering exceptional service.
  • Develop strong and professional relationships with Customers Account Managers and internal departments.
  • Take responsibility for escalations ensuring timely and effective resolution.
