Job Summary
Job Title: Residential Practitioner - Childrens Home
Where you will be based: Pontefract WK11
The Service Users:Children aged 7 to 17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Mild Learning Difficulties
The Company:

What does Progression look like:Opportunities for career advancement within the company including roles such as Deputy Manager and Registered Manager and Regional Managers
Working Week and Pay:
- Hours: 48 hour per week made up of 16hours x 2 of Working Hours and 8 x 2 of Sleep hours
- Sleeps: 2 per week
- Salary: 26000

What you will need/None-Negotiables:
- Qualifications:Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Level 3 Children & Young People Workforce Diploma with social care pathway. (Level 3 Diploma in Adult social care may be considered if work experience with children can be demonstrated)
- Experience:Ideally experience in the Residential Childrens Services sector or similar setting working with children with challenging behaviour.
- Driving Licence:Required
- Fluent in English:Speaking and also the ability to understand different UK dialects.
- Min Age:22/23
