A Senior Residential Support Worker who can lead shifts supervise staff and provide exceptional care for children and young people. You will support children in daily routines social activities and skill-building while managing the home in the absence of the Deputy or Manager. You will also conduct staff supervisions support inductions manage health and safety processes and safeguard the welfare of all children in the home.

You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car.
You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care this is not deemed equivalent.
Candidates with only HealthCare NHS CQC or Nursery Practitioner qualifications will not be considered.

Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Childrens Home will not be considered.
