Level 3 Diploma for the Children & Young Peoples Workforce
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Residential Childrens Services (or willingness to complete)
Experience in Years Required: Extensive experience in childrens residential care management

An experienced and passionate Registered Manager who can lead a childrens residential home with confidence care and compliance at the forefront.
You will be responsible for creating a warm safe and nurturing environment where children and young people can achieve positive outcomes that are meaningful to them. You will ensure full compliance with Childrens Homes Regulations inspire and lead a motivated staff team manage budgets and resources effectively and work collaboratively with external professionals to safeguard and promote the wellbeing of young people.
