Salary: 14.90 per hour excellent overtime rate
Working Hour: 40 hours per week

Service Users: YPs EBD SEMH Trauma CSE CCE
Qualifications Required:

• Level 3 in Children & Young Peoples Workforce (or willingness to complete)
  Experience in Years Required: Minimum 1 year relevant experience in residential care
  Employment Type: Permanent Full Time

Who we are looking for

A Senior Residential Support Worker who can lead shifts supervise staff and provide exceptional care for children and young people. You will:

• Help young people continue with hobbies social activities friendships and learn new skills

• Support young people to reach their potential and experience new opportunities

• Conduct staff supervisions and support inductions

• Manage the home effectively in the absence of the Deputy or Manager

• Lead shifts direct and support colleagues

• Manage health and safety processes including risk assessments

• Safeguard and actively promote the welfare of children and young people

• You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car

• You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care this is not deemed equivalent

• Candidates with only HealthCare NHS CQC or Nursery Practitioner qualifications will not be considered

• You require sponsorship no sponsorship available

Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Childrens Home will not be considered.
