Your ability to engage and maintain relationships with potential candidates will be key to building a strong talent pipeline.
Requirements- 12 years of experience in technical recruitment preferably in IT roles.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools/ATS.
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Source candidates through job boards social media networking and referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
- Manage interview scheduling and coordination between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates to enhance their overall experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote Devsinc as an employer of choice.
