What Youll Bring:
- Overall 10 years exp and 46 years of hands-on experience in Workday with strong expertise across modules including HCM Recruiting Reporting Performance and Absence.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive resolution.
- Advanced proficiency in Workday Reporting and Calculated Fields with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
- Skilled in preparing and executing mass data uploads using EIBs ensuring data accuracy.
- In-depth knowledge of Workday Recruiting with the ability to diagnose and resolve configuration-related challenges.
- Strong understanding of Workdays Business Process Framework
- Capable of configuring and optimizing Business Processes to align with evolving business needs.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices.
- Experience supporting internal and external audit requirements including Workday data reviews and SOX compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Proficient in gathering business requirements creating test scenarios and executing test plans.
- Active contributor to Workday release cycles including impact analysis and feature adoption.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a focus on knowledge sharing and team alignment.
- Experienced in creating clear documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support operational continuity.

Impact Youll Make:
As a Workday Consultant you will provide daily support across multiple Workday modules addressing inquiries troubleshooting issues and advising stakeholders. Youll perform internal data audits and support external audits including SOX and finance-related reviews. The role involves managing SLA-based case resolution collaborating with team members and contributing to Workday projects and release activities. This position offers a dynamic environment to expand your HR platform expertise while working with a collaborative and high-performing team.
Hybrid working two days a week mandatory at office.
