Job Summary
We are seeking a Workday Certified Integrations Consultant to design build and support integrations between Workday and third-party systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Workday integration tools and experience delivering integrations as part of implementation and AMS engagements.

Key Responsibilities
Design develop and support Workday integrations using EIB Core Connector Studio and Workday Web Services
Implement and maintain inbound and outbound integrations including PECI CCB and other delivered connectors
Develop and customize XSLT for data transformation and integration enhancements
Collaborate with functional teams to understand data requirements and business processes
Perform unit testing integration testing and support UAT cycles
Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolutions
Support integration migrations across tenants (Sandbox Preview Production)
Maintain integration documentation schedules and error-handling procedures
Ensure integrations comply with Workday security data privacy and governance standards
Support Workday releases and apply integration updates as required
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Workday Integrations Certification (mandatory)
4 years of hands-on experience in Workday Integrations
Strong expertise in EIB Core Connectors and Workday Studio
Working knowledge of XSLT SOAP REST and XML
Experience supporting implementation and/or AMS projects
Understanding of Workday security business processes and reporting dependencies
Strong analytical troubleshooting and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Payroll Benefits Finance or HCM-related integrations
Exposure to Workday Extend and REST APIs
Prior consulting or client-facing experience
Experience supporting global integrations and vendor management
