Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Certified Reporting Consultant to design develop and maintain Workday reports that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Workday reporting tools and the ability to collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver high-quality reporting solutions across Workday modules.

Key Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain Workday reports including Advanced Matrix Composite and Trending reports
Build and support dashboards scorecards and discovery boards
Develop calculated fields report prompts and filters to meet complex business requirements
Work closely with functional teams (HCM Payroll Finance Recruiting etc.) to gather and translate reporting requirements
Ensure data accuracy integrity and compliance with security and auditing standards
Optimize report performance and troubleshoot reporting issues
Support report migrations across tenants (Sandbox Preview Production)
Provide end-user training and documentation on Workday reporting solutions
Stay current with Workday releases and new reporting features
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Workday Reporting Certification (mandatory)
4 years of hands-on experience in Workday Reporting
Strong expertise in Advanced Matrix Composite and Custom Reports
Experience with calculated fields condition rules and business process framework
Good understanding of Workday security and domain policies related to reporting
Experience supporting AMS and/or implementation projects
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to multiple Workday modules such as HCM Payroll Recruiting or Finance
Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and Discovery Boards
Prior consulting or client-facing experience
Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards
