Job Summary
We are looking for a Workday HCM Certified Functional Consultant to lead and support the design configuration and deployment of Workday Human Capital Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Workday HCM and will partner with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant HCM solutions across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and support Workday Core HCM modules including Staffing Compensation Business Process Framework and Organizational Management
Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into Workday functional solutions
Lead or support end-to-end Workday HCM implementations enhancements and AMS activities
Configure and maintain business processes condition rules validations and approvals
Collaborate with Reporting Integrations Security Payroll and Benefits teams
Perform unit testing system testing and support UAT cycles
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues across Workday tenants
Prepare functional design documents and end-user documentation
Support Workday releases and apply system updates and enhancements
Provide post-go-live support and ongoing system optimization
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Workday HCM Certification (Core HCM mandatory)
4 years of hands-on Workday HCM functional experience
Strong knowledge of Core HCM Staffing and Business Process Framework
Experience in Workday implementations and/or AMS support projects
Understanding of Workday security concepts and role-based access
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with additional Workday modules such as Compensation Absence Recruiting Benefits or Payroll
Exposure to Workday Reporting and Integrations
Consulting or client-facing experience
Experience supporting global HCM deployments
